Whitney McGuire is the President of Street Pop.  With over 10 years in real estate and marketing backgrounds, McGuire highlights the key to successful partnerships is in the genuine interest and understanding of the individuals involved.

McGuire began her career in a small motorcycle shop in upstate New York where she negotiated royalty agreements for 70+ licensees and 1000+ pieces of merchandise.  After moving into Manhattan with an interest in NYC real estate, those license agreements turned into real estate lease agreements.

Founding Street Pop in 2012, McGuire has created opportunity for global brands to have the exposure of traditional retailers, without committing to a long term lease.  On the flip, generating revenue for landlords during stagnant months while a property is listed on the market.  That’s how we POP!
